Western Hemisphere Regional ConferenceAt the final day of the conference everyone was inspired by Vania Masias, a young Peruvian woman who five years ago started a dance school for disadvantage children in Lima. The 104 delegates from 31 Member Organizations also approved the Operational Plan 2012-2014 and the creation of a Youth Network. Our Cabaña will host the next Regional Conference in 2013.
