Day 3

Today we experienced many emotions … from the beginning of the day with the heart-warming flag ceremony, we knew it was going be an excellent day!

We were surrounded with girls (and two boys) of all different colors, religions, and nationalities, yet we got along and felt so comfortable.

Today’s focus was eating disorders. We had a lecture about the dangers of those disorders and we were asked to cook a meal made up of healthy choices. We also participated in Energy Olympics, a series of activities focused on teaching us how to work as a group and also learn more about the benefits of healthy living.

Next came the sing off, followed by desserts and a dance off. At night, we participated in the diversity campfire where we shared things from our different countries. To sum it up, it was another amazing day at Our Cabaña! Adiós!

Hello from Lebanon!
Being a leader in today’s world is a big responsibility
To know the way, to go the way and to show the way
I am sure that today at the end of this seminar you will be going back to your MO as LEADERS IN ACTION to highlight the way to many others…
Good luck
Nadine
