At the plenary session, motions were presented by each delegation, then the Minutes of this 14th Meeting were read, and an evaluation was done on the five days shared by the girls, the activities, meetings and speakers.
Once finalized, Mexico was elected as host nation for the 2010 Meeting, to be held at the Our Cabaña World Centre. At the same time, Colombia shall be the sub host country for the next gathering to take place in January 2010.
Likewise, it was approved that in the year 2011 a Ranger Camp shall be held in and hosted by Honduras.
